About This Mod

I didn't change anything in the gameplay - only dozens of changes affecting the graphics:

1.2b Update: Updated some Texel settings and fixed some file changes.

Version 1.2a update: halos in base units and troops are fixed.

Version 1.2 update: 10 times the data flow between vertices and deca effects. In the game you should see a noticeable decommunization between cars and large objects. The water is more detailed, and there are also noticeably more movements in the fabric. A dedicated graphics card with 1GB of RAM should be kept to a minimum. I'm using a Nvidia GTX 670 with 4GB of RAM.

Update version 1.1 - I've reworked the original textures and shadows - you'll notice a significant difference from the options on the stock vice and version 1.0 I've increased at least four times and doubled the maximum texture output. I also increased the resolution of the entire shadow - I can also update the character shadows - trying not to make them too dominant, I changed the game to use 16-fold anisotropic filtering of the full scene between the key objects and the Dec images. I also increased the shadow of the minimum and maximum full scene. Increased minimum and maximum dynamic lighting values. I changed the game to recognize 96 of the 32 audio channels at the same time.

Some items in BaseEngine Xcom files are set by default for consoles optimized for high performance PCs.

I have changed more than twenty settings related to texture filtering in the game, including 4x anisotropic filtering vs. 16x, numerous changes to dynamic shadows and general lighting, texture size to reflect 4096, increased draw distance, deca and post processing enabled, tessellation 64x, LODbias, hardware shadow filtering, physx support for Nvidia cards among many other changes. There are a few things to look out for - the resolution is set to 1920x1080, but you can easily change it to suit your gaming preferences. There are some things in AMI AMI that you can't change in this game engine, but believe me, I've tried: depth of field, maximum graphics, forced aliens miss textures, but forcing maximum graphics quality seems incredible and very detailed - most of this game is based on the fact that it's a very good game. The unreal 3 engines of the system are to some extent modest, but I could do more. You can also completely change the resolution of the shadows, I did this in conjunction with more intense dynamic shadows, and the game is almost too dark when you're riding a UFO.
