About This Mod
Bethini Pie (Performance INI Editor) is a versatile tool that simplifies the editing of INI configuration files through a GUI.
Features

Supported Games
Plugins are currently available for the following games:
- Fallout 4
- Fallout New Vegas
- Skyrim Special Edition
- Starfield
Others will be added as they are developed or if someone decides to create a plugin.
Installation
- Extract the zip file into a folder where your modification tools are stored.
- MO2 users must add it as an executable. Everyone else should be able to run it offline.
Usage
At startup, you will probably be prompted to enter some paths. Note that when using MO2, you can leave the default INI path Documents\My Games\ , and MO2 will forward the changes to the correct INI file for the profile you are using.
Just change what you want and save the changes. Only the settings that you have changed will be changed.
If you want to configure ini files for the first time, it is recommended that you first install the predefined settings:
- Click Reset to Defaults
- Click Quality Preset (use the Bethini or Vanilla presets to choose between the available Quality Preset buttons)
- Click Apply Recommended Settings
We then recommend that you check your display settings and any other settings you want to change. Press X to close and save as suggested.
Backups and log files are automatically stored in the Bethini Pie backups folder in the same location as the INI files. You can restore any of these backups from the Restore Backup menu in File > Restore Backup.
