All mutations are ready for use.
All talents in the Alchemy/Combat/Signs and Common Tree trees are ready to use. Just equip and use. ;) (Btw the reason I have unlocked all trees and 735 skill points is because I used the cheat engine to get points. Don't worry, it's legal. No one will arrest you. ;) )
Don't worry, all of the above won't be reset when you start NG+.
Copy the saved game files to C:\Users\User\Documents\The Witcher 3\gamesaves.
