About This Mod
The 4.01 update added a new RTGI performance mode to the game, but unfortunately the code used to implement it will always override RTXGI's settings, regardless of whether the performance mode is enabled or not, preventing some great mods from working to improve RT.
This DLL will check all INI files inside "bin\config\platform\pc" for RTXGI settings that the game might override if found, then the game code will be corrected to prevent override - this prevents the performance mode from working in the game, but if you configure RTXGI with INI files, you probably don't care :P
(Note that the RTXGI settings must be changed through the folder "bin\config\platform\pc", the file "dx12user.settings" is not checked by this DLL)
Another feature of the DLL allows you to change the INI settings of the game at runtime by editing the file "custom.ini" with the desired settings changes. This may help mod developers find new tweaks more easily, rather than continually restarting the game between each change (however, some settings may not be completely changed until the game is restarted, so some settings may need to be restarted).

Note: Please do not reload this DLL with any mods, it is bound to the version of the game and will break as soon as the next update is released. We would appreciate it if you put the link here so that users can always find the latest version.
