Worthy companions
About This Mod
You get more XP for your teammates who decide tasks for you. Making your companions decide quests for you is a great idea. You earn relationship points with artisans and merchants and see your companion’s skills grow. Excellent preparation to become a caravan captain, party leader or governor later in the game. 14 days later, 1,000 denars earned. Hunter Iselfade has 1 skill point in each hand and now has 83 skills. I looked at the code and I figured, Iselfaid needs to go through 20 more missions to reach 100 in both hands (280 days). And that's not scary at all. Worse, you’re more likely to get a one-handed weapon or a six-wheel. Worthy Companions The only thing that makes this fashion - corrects XP skills earned by companions for successful missions. In vanilla mode, one skill is awarded. In this mode, XP can gain several skills: a skill required to complete a mission (100% probability). They may consist of several skills (eg, One Hand, Two Hands, Mast Hand). In such cases, the highest skill is awarded. The total number of XPs received depends on the complexity and duration of the job. Party skills such as Leadership (50%), Steward (50%), Intelligence (50%), Medicine (25%) and Tactics (25%). The total XP reward is calculated based on the duration of the mission and the number of troops the companion leads. Overall, the XP reward is significantly higher than the vanilla reward, reflecting the sacrifice that must be made by leaving a companion for a week or more. From a gameplay perspective, the goal is to send companions on quests to prepare them for future service in your clan. Math and Balance Skills required to complete missions In vanilla, the reward ranges from 1,000 to 2,000 XP per skill. In fashion, the reward for required skills is quite high, typically between 15,000 and 30,000, depending on the complexity and duration of the task. However, to reach the level of 100 to 200 skills, a companion must perform 10 to 50 missions (depending on his specialization). Spoilers showing party skills and leadership Skills (intelligence, leadership, proxies, medicine and tactics) are rarely rewarded in vanilla mode. In this mode, if a companion leads multiple detachments, all missions lead to improved party skills. That makes sense: Only in this way can a companion be trained before the next stage - with the help of troops that you have organized under your direction. The XP reward is lower than the skill reward, ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 XP depending on the number and duration of the troops. Spoiler. Spoiler Show Skill Requirements Each mission has skill requirements that must be met before sending a companion on a mission. This mode reduces these requirements by 75%. If necessary, this value can be adjusted in the MCM. Configuration In MCM, you can configure the amount of XP (in %) distributed by the mod. This affects the remuneration of all modes, i.e. both the required skills and the party/leader skills. You can also customize the progression chance for each party/leader skill.FAQ Why is there no version 1.5.9? I play 1.6.0 and make my own mods that I want to use in my game, I no longer have 1.5.9 installed, and I don't have the disk space needed to store multiple versions at once. However, in the coming days I will send my fashions back. Is this mode compatible with saving? Yes, the mod only works when the companion returns from the task, and saves nothing. You can disable or enable it at any time during the campaign; the XP gain is very small; you can use the smooth level up or rebalance levels. These changes will also be applied to this mode; XP increment is too high; configured in MCM. Known problems Customize the terms of your companion skills are ignored in the Art of Trading mission.
