Turn off anti-aliasing, anisotropic filtering and water displacement, set the shadow quality to 256, turn off depth of field and turn on hdr... Install in New Vegas Configator, disable media options and vsync in the nvidia Control Panel. I think you can enable depth of field and media options in the shift+enter menu, but at the expense of performance. Try setting VideoMemorySizeMb=3746 in enblocal.ini. ((( OPTIONAL: I need to fix fps to 30, since my gpu is quite weak, lowering or blocking fps will reduce the heat and temperature of the laptop.
