About This Mod

What's the mod? This mod is an add-on modifier for the famous dragbody's Powder is the New Black mod. All NPC mods have unrivaled quality, but .esp plugins of these mods are often full of unnecessary things, changes in the balance of armor rating and NPC status, as well as world edits that may conflict with other mods. Some of them are also several years old and have not been updated due to YUP changes. If all you want from these mods is visual changes of NPC and nothing else, then this mod can be for you:

1. Changes from the Yukichigai informal patch have been carried over;

2. Removed world straps and new armored containers;

3. 3. A new unique armor called Powder Ganger is not playable and cannot be plundered from corpses. In addition, the new armor's condition was compared to the vanilla armor that the NPC had previously used. This means that if Philippe Lem wore leather armor in vanilla, his new armor would have the same armor rating as leather armor, etc.

4. New races used by updated NPCs are no longer displayed in the character creation menu (trying to select them will crash the game);

5. 5. 5. Remote Scripts - dragbody said they are recovering content that was cut into this fashion, which I believe was changed when the Powder Gangers in Vault 19 were moved to Red Rock Canyon. I completely removed these changes. this mod only affects the visual appearance of the NPC.

6. The Dragbody mod adds a host of new armor and hats/helmets for Gunpowder Bandits and distributes them among NPC Gunpowder Bandits across the entire list of levels. Some may not like adding new gear to the game, so we decided to make two versions of this add-on: the regular version - contains new items that can be worn by Gunpowder Gangsters. The statuses of these items have been slightly adjusted to balance as well as those of the vanilla Gunpowder Ganger. Replacement - All new gear has been removed, except for the unique non-game armor worn by the NPCs. The four original Powder Ganger armor from the vanilla game will of course be reworked, but no new armor will be added.
