Powder Is The New Black - Fixed and Cleaned Up

What's the mod? This mod is an add-on modifier for the famous dragbody's Powder is the New Black mod. All NPC mods have unrivaled quality, but .esp plugins of these mods are often full of unnecessary things, changes in the balance of armor rating and NPC status, as well as world edits that may conflict with other mods. Some of them are also several years old and have not been updated due to YUP changes. If all you want from these mods is visual changes of NPC and nothing else, then this mod can be for you:

Some may not like adding new gear to the game, so we decided to make two versions of this add-on: the regular version - contains new items that can be worn by Gunpowder Gangsters. The statuses of these items have been slightly adjusted to balance as well as those of the vanilla Gunpowder Ganger. Replacement - All new gear has been removed, except for the unique non-game armor worn by the NPCs. The four original Powder Ganger armor from the vanilla game will of course be reworked, but no new armor will be added.
