About This Mod
I have completely redesigned my mod to take into account the new weather conditions added to the DLC. They cannot appear in the standard weather system of the game, but are activated in my fashion.
This mod completely changes the weather in the game. If you just want more variety, please consider this mod.
FEATURES (Version 6):
Updated main env file to patch 2.12a
Added 125 custom weather transitions. In comparison, there are 15 vanilla games, and about 60 in my V4.
Added smog weather
Default rain state changed
Weather condition set to "Light rain
Added new weather states from DLC
Weather transitions configured
Weather duration changed for greater impact
Night lighting is set during certain weather conditions
Optimized weather probability
Version 6 always with remote sharpness and vignette (use Reshade for sharpness)
Added compatibility with alternative weather effects (version 0.3)

HOW TO INSTALL?
Just unzip the entire archive to the main folder and everything will be fine!
You can also use the mod manager!
