About This Mod
Nova City is a unique fashion for the weather and lighting, designed to breathe new life into the Night City. These changes include completely new user-defined weather states and probability balance, particle effects (currently under development), some time-dependent weather functions, and rethinking vanilla weather states.
TL;DR. (for those who cannot reach the bottom partition):
This mod is not compatible with other lighting and weather mods. It is also not compatible with Nova LUTs ENV.
