Since version 1.3, there are custom patches. You can use them to fix all previously known issues.
Cyberpunk 2077 has a problem that affects many modified garments and some vanilla:
As you can see, Sleeves mod (for example, BetterSleeves) does not work with all items. Typically, such things are fixed manually using edits in the archive. However, it is not ideal, and fashions that either add garments or change vanilla objects tend to break the object again.
This mod fixes everything at runtime using CET and Codeware:
This means that the mod will work with any item of clothing, while maintaining compatibility with the refit!
