About This Mod
Description.
(Note: Unlike many other mods, my performance/optimization mod believes that optimizations should have as little impact as possible on gameplay/game mechanics. Optimize only if you can avoid unnecessary computing at minimal or no cost. Otherwise, the impact on the game must be tangible: I still like mosaic settlements and small countries in Victoria 3!
