Federal and reformist Austria-Hungary

The following changes are being made for new log entries. Succeeding the Matter of Hungary ("To Accept the Hungarians") now adds 30% of radicals among southern Germans. Accepting the Compromise no longer removes Austrian hegemonists from landowners, complicating subsequent reforms. The Hungarian aristocracy now maintains its elevated position.

Added a new reformist approach to the social unrest that Austria-Hungary will face during this period. Introduced "Croatia - the Dual Monarchy" (Croatia the Dual Monarchy), which can be formed before the final reform in the federal state or considered as the last necessary reform to preserve the Austro-Hungarian-Croatian oligarchy, under the following conditions:

- Possession of Croatia, Slavonia, Slovenia, Dalmatia

- Possession of Istria or Bosnia

- Added Hungarian as the main cultural feature

- Not a candidate for German reunification (Lose the fraternal war or at least give up leadership in Germany)

- Did not unite the South German Confederation

- The policy of pan-nationalism is investigated

- Human rights researched

"You are not an oligarchy or an autocracy

- Adopted the policy of "Total Separation" (Total Separation) or "State Atheism" (State Atheism) (Muslim population is a significant part of new Croatia)

The new monarchy would be called "Austria-Hungary-Croatia" (Austria-Hungary-Croatia) under the monarchy or "United Republics" (United Republics) under the republic, and would receive a new flag incorporating Slavic blue alongside Hungarian green.

In addition, a new entry has been added to the journal for the federalization of the Austro-Hungarian state, which can be implemented after the completion of reforms on the Hungarian question (Matter of Hungary) and the triple monarchy (Triple Monarchy) under the following conditions:

- Possession of the entire starting Austria-Hungary, except Lombardy and Venice

- Not a candidate for German reunification (Lose the fraternal war or at least give up leadership in Germany)

- Did not unite the South German Confederation

- The policy of pan-nationalism is investigated

- Human rights researched

- A law on multiculturalism has been adopted

Once the journal is completed, one can either form a "United States of Greater Austria" (United States of Greater Austria) / "Danube Federation" (Danubian Federation) and obtain a large number of Hungarian radicals, or adopt the status quo.

In addition, the Danubian State would be called the "United States of Greater Austria" (United States of Greater Austria) under the monarchy or the "Danubian Federation" (Danubian Federation) under the republic, and would receive new flags for both occasions.
