About This Mod

I'm sorry for the old config version, I was going to use JSON, but what about the settings manager and hatching eggs? No more fighting for domestic drakes.

2.0.0

— Incubated dragon eggs.

— Vanilla domesticated creatures (pigs, wolves, and rocks) can now be redefined.

- New installation manager. You don't have to worry about cfg anymore.

- Improved performance and bug fixes (old mini-creatures immediately grow when you exit the game).

2.0.1

— Fixed bugs with vanilla animals.

- Now you can hover over the egg to check the progress of hatching.

2.0.2

- Fixed chance of pregnancy in the Buzztame menu.

Now it can be changed in the fire of the house). The egg will sleep on you, wait 5 minutes, and it will turn into a PERFECT spleen. When the egg is hatched, make sure you are near it, and then press E to make it harder to catch.

You can set the hatching time and disable hatching by pressing (˶~̫˶).

(The hatching process, including the progress of hatching, will be improved in the next release.)

For users 1.2.0:

We recommend that you make a backup and delete the cfg file before upgrading (\steamapps\commonValheim BepInEx\config buzz.valheim.AllTameable.cfg).

Start a new game to try new dragon eggs. Alternatively, check my installation below and add the hatchlings (or replace them if you already have them).

Installation Guide.

1. install Valheim and when the menu starts, press F5 to open the console, type /buzztame and press Enter. The administrator should appear.

If not, you may not have installed it correctly.

Useful tip 1: When you first download the game and open the /buzztame menu, it will list all creature IDs that have been set.

Useful Tip 2: Hold the mouse in the title bar and move the window to a position that makes it easier to drag and drop.

Utility tip 3: To select a field, double-click inside it. Pressing the tab key also automatically selects the field below, making it much easier to change the values.

2. Add/edit/remove creatures as you wish.

Use: as a delimiter in consumumeItems.

No spaces.

Do not add : to the last item.

Example:

Raw Meat: CookedMeat.

RawMeat:CookedMeat: x

The installation manager will look like this:

A common cause of problems is the lack of ID verification.

3. After you have added all the creatures you want to tame, restart the game, open the /buzztame installation manager and upload them to the world by opening the buzztame installation manager. If you use an incorrect creature ID or consumeItems ID, the settings manager will let you know that you added the wrong ID. For an example, see the screenshot below.

If you enter an invalid ID, the game will likely crash while the world is loading.

If you fall asleep and the text does not change, congratulations - you are now in a new game.

Press F5 and re-enter /buzztame, and then close the Installation Manager.

To be safe, after changing any settings in the /buzztame Installation Manager, restart the game, open the Installation Manager, and make sure that the title bar displays Installed.

4. The game settings will not work until you restart the game.

The most reliable way to do this is to go to the "Setup" menu and restart the game. how to install from deftesthawk

Design History

The next update will support dedicated server and add mead for pet treatment.

As for passive pets, the AI vanilla system makes them run away if you get too close to them, so maybe we'll add a new object like a sleeping arrow.

We're also working on a pet alignment system.

Taming bosses will not be supported anytime soon. Because it's against the logic of the game.

We will have separate pet regimes, controlled trolls, wolves in containers, saddled dragons, etc.

Spoiler indicator.
