About This Mod
This mode (1) automatically equips your shield with a one-handed weapon, and (2) turns off Vanilla's behavior. Weapons can be disfigured by pressing a hotkey used to resolve situations where you accidentally fire your weapons in combat. Compatible with 0.207.20 patch
If you accidentally find yourself fighting with trolls with fists due to spam being sent to the hotkey of a weapon, this mode is for you.
Intelligent hardware replaces previous disconnected hot-plug hardware and extends its functionality.
Usage:
If the Auto Shield is enabled in the Formula One settings menu, Smart Gear equips your Shield every time you equip a one-handed weapon. As an extra bonus you no longer need to use slots for shields, which will save you from slots for hot rods. October.
If inequality in the hot panel is disabled in the Formula One settings menu, Smart Equip will disable vanilla game behavior that will change whether the weapon is equipped with a hot panel. In this mode, the hot keys only equip and replace weapons, but they do not equip weapons. Instead, the weapon must be disarmed by pressing the "R" key. This means that modifying and equipping the weapon primarily works as a vanilla tool, since the other hot key functions that relate to the situation where you accidentally turned on your weapon by sending spam on that hot key, and then lost a fistfight to a troll, have not changed.
Smart equipment does not affect how armor and/or other items are equipped or unequipped.
