Who should set the mod?
The server and all players joining the server. If the version does not match or the mod is not set, the connection will be lost.
If two players are carrying items at the same time, will they be copied?
No, they won't. Items will not move at the same time.
How can you prevent duplication or loss of items?
Duplicate items are not available. When a common chest interacts, the items are combined into a message and sent to the player who is currently operating the chest. This player then decides whether to move the item or not and sends the result back to the player making the interaction.
Can I add this mod to an existing game?
Yes, this mod can be added or removed at any time.
Can I use this mod in chests of other mods?
Yes, this mod can be used in other chests. However, problems may arise if other fashions change the behavior of the chest.
Does this mod work with mods that change the size of an inventory or chest?
Yes, but it can cause problems if other fashions change the behavior of chests.
Does this mod work with mods that add quick stack/drawer sorting?
It depends on fashion. See "Incompatible and Compatible Modes" section.
If it's not listed there, consider it not working.
We recommend Quick Stack Store Sort Trash Restock mod from Goldenrevolver. It combines many features of Quick Stack and is uniquely compatible with Multi User Chest.
Fashions are known to be incompatible.
These mods are causing Multi User Chest to out-of-sync and won't run together.
