Black metal armor and lox cape

Convert the requirements for soft armor and stone sights to use black metal instead of iron. It includes the JSON files needed to make the soft armor and Lox cape look as if they actually used black metal, as well as a texture package.

FIRST, MAKE SURE THAT BEPINEX, CUSTOM TEXTURES, AND OPEN DATABASE ARE INSTALLED.

This mod changes the soft armor kit and Lox boat requirements to use black metal on top of iron and silver. I did this mainly because I found it strange that the best armor in the game did not use the best (currently available) resources.

It includes the JSON files needed to make the soft armor and Lox cape look as if they actually used black metal, as well as a texture package. It also highlighted the durability of the Lox cloak. The metal requirement for each piece of armor was increased from 10 ferrous metals to 30 ferrous metals (still requires 5 per rise to raise the level). This shouldn't be a problem, since black metal ores are one of the easiest ores to enter Game 1.

There is also a JSON file that changes the requirements for making linen cloaks to use feathers and iron so you can access it early and use it with sets of iron/bronze armor. In fact, every set of armor has a cape you can earn wherever you are in the game!

Instead of using a .dll file (mostly because I don't know how to create it), I loaded it as a .zip file, so if you want to use one or the other file, you can do it. The installation method is as follows:

Find the Steam\steamapps\common\Valheim\BepİnEx\plugins library

If you haven't already, install CustomTextures and opendatabase.

When you go to the main menu to create the required CustomTextures and openDatabase folders, close them and then install the game.

Open the file, open the Soft Armor folder, and select a version. 1. For the original version or version. 2 for grayscale options.

Then open the "CustomTextures" from the zipper and use the JSON file to change the soft armor recipe to the one described above by dragging the content to the "CustomTextures" you created earlier, just like the "openDatabase".

Install your game and it should work! To make it look amazing with this texture package, I recommend downloading my mod "Restored Bronze Armor" for the black Megingjord plugin.

Essentially, this means that I can make a custom inventory icon later, but for now enjoy it! There are more texture packages coming, so stay tuned!

Update (version 1.0.1)

I know that some people are not interested in green metal, so in the texture package we had to remove the green color, replace it with dark gray or real black metal, remove the Blackmetal Padded Armor folder from the custom textures and replace it with the Blackmetal Padded Armor v2 folder.
