Automatic fuel

Updated for Valheim and Ashland.

Use the latest version 1.4.0 in Ashland and version 1.3.9 outside Ashland.

Torches, rotating wheels, windmills, fires and forges, as well as foundries and furnaces are now automatically generated.

This mod is a combination of my code and a smaller version of Aedenthorn's AutoFuel mod.

I am often asked how to change my fashion settings without manually editing configuration images and files. We strongly recommend that you use mod to control in-game settings such as this mod or this mod. With these Mod Assistants, you can change settings on the fly (for most options) and make changes to the game.

(When you run a game with this mode, a configuration file named BepInEx/config/tastychickenlegs.automaticfuel.cfg is created.)

You can edit this file using a text editor or use the Configuration Manager to set the configuration values in the game.

turnOffKiln = "Ability to turn off the furnace

fireplaceRange = maximum range that can be filled from the fireplace container.

smelterOreRange = maximum range from which fuel can be taken from the melting furnace containers.

smelterFuelRange = the maximum range from which ore can be taken from the smelting furnace containers.

fuelDisallowTypes = types of items that are forbidden to use as fuel (consume), separated by commas.

oreDisallowTypes = types of items that are not allowed to be used as ore (i.e. convert), separated by commas.

refuelStandingTorches = Fill the standing torches.

refuelWallTorches = refilling of wall torches.

restrictKilnOutput = limit the kiln's performance.

restrictKilnOutputAmount = amount of coal to stop furnace refilling.

If distributedFilling = true, the fuel and ore are filled in turn.

leaveLastItem = Do not use the last item in the chest.

StackSmelters Allows you to stack your melters and furnaces. Turns off smoke and does not block smoke control.

verifyClient Enables/Disables the need to check other clients. Allows users to play without mods on modified servers.

You can set the spacing between containers and floors (the default is 10 m).

You can reset the settings by opening the in-game console (F5), typing autofuel reset, and pressing Enter.

Installation: (Manual)  

Extract the DLL from the zip file into the `<GameDirectory>₎plugins"` folder and start the game.

Installation (Automatic)

Use R2Modmanager from the Thunderstore store. Find and set the mod.

Server configurations.

Install on the server and client if you want to verify the server configurations. 

The server configuration will be migrated down.

On servers where the mod is not available, just install it on the client and it will work fine. For best results, the client needs the same settings in the configuration file.

Fixed bug in 1.1.5. When checking the status of the smelt, the object was not installed as an instance. Windmills and rotating wheels are technically smelters and caused a mistake when removing smokers they did not have.
