About This Mod
Finally, the successor to the original Upscaled UI is Map for Old Gen. The Next Gen update has corrected the world maps and, for example, changed the coloring of Skellige's maps, so the mod had to be completely remade.
This mode zooms in on all map textures. You'll notice it on the mini-map and in the map menu.
As a side effect, it also removes/improves the obvious boundaries of texture tiles in many places (see comparison #1 for a better example)!

Installation:
Extract and drag the modUpscaledMap folder to the mods folder.
Using Script Merge
If you are using Friendly HUD: The "Unlimted Zoom" option may cause texture problems on the map, so turn it off if you have such a problem!
