About This Mod

Plans allow you to quickly create repeating rooms and zones.


Create Drawing


Use the create handle to drag an area with an existing design. Floors, walls and furniture are marked and included in the project. Once created, a pop-up window with the default name appears, allowing you to specify a more meaningful name.

After you create a drawing, you can place a copy of it using the Create button. You can rotate the drawing. When a drawing is selected, the building diagram is displayed on the home screen, and the materials list and total cost are displayed in the information pane in the lower-left corner. In this panel, you can click materials, such as furniture or walls, to change the materials used.


Rename, import, and export drawings


After you create a drawing, you can rename, delete, or export it by right-clicking the drawing button. The exported drawings are stored in a directory called "Blueprints", which is located in the same location where RimWorld stores the game and configuration files. If the plan has been exported, you can also delete the exported plan: Import a previously exported plan by right-clicking New and selecting a plan from the list of available plans.
