About This Mod
This mod enhances the mechanics of using lasso on horseback in Red Dead Redemption 1, inspired by Red Dead Redemption 2.
Lasso remains attached to the NPC until you press "F" or NPC dies.
If you remove the lasso from the NPC, it stays attached to the lasso for a few seconds.
This feature works only for human NPCs, not for horses.
Known Errors:
Sometimes the NPC bound by a lass can freeze for a few seconds.
When dragging an NPC over fences or other obstacles, the lasso remains attached, unlike in the vanilla game, where the NPC is detached.
Installation instructions:
Download the latest version of RedHook
Extract the RedHook.zip file, copy and paste the contents into the RDR.1 main folder (the main folder is where RDR.exe is located).
Extract the LassoLock 7Z file.
Copy and paste the LassoLock.red file into the RDR.1 main folder (RDR.exe is located in the main folder).
