Speed horse
About This Mod
Version 2.0 now includes all horses and wagons (I haven't fully tested the wagons, let me know if you have any problems).
Download MagicRDR
Start MagicRDR
Select File -> Open, then select 'tune_d11generic.rpf', which is located in \Red Dead Redemption\game\
In the upper right corner, look for 'hrssimtune.xml', then right-click it and select Replace File
In the pop-up window, select '...' and select one of the modified files from this mode and click Replace
Then select File -> Save -> Current, click Yes in the first pop-up window, click Ok in the second pop-up window, and click Yes in the last pop-up window
You're done, enjoy!
To remove a mod, follow the same steps, but use a Normal Speed (Default) file to reset the game.
Notes
When using the "Neck Tear" speed, your horse will take off quickly without even pressing the sprint button. In fact, the sprint button is not even needed.
Using higher speeds can result in the immediate death of a horse if it crashes into something.
There are usually subtle differences in speed between horses, making some slower or faster. When you apply this mod, all horses will have the same modified speed.
