About This Mod

Skips the looting animation, making the scripts think the path to the corpse is blocked, which allows them to immediately add loot - since it uses the game's own "path blocked" code, hopefully it should not have any serious side effects 😸.


I'm not sure this will work for all kinds of marauding animations - the game has more than 111 scripts that use the same looting code, and as far as I know, there are no script editors yet (now I have to edit script files in the hex editor and manually recompress/reencrypt them...)


So far I have found a script file for the main robbery of corpses and skinning of animals/birds, there may soon be something for the collection of plants.


# Installation

- Download MagicRDR and start it

- Open the game/content.rpf file

- Go to content/release64/scripting/gringo/commonscripts (there should be many WSC/Script Resource files).

- Drag files from this mod into the window and let MagicRDR replace them

- File > Save > Current


If you are using Rockstar Launcher, when you start the game it will probably reload content.rpf to get around this, you can install Ultimate ASI Loader x64, and then after saving the content.rpf file make a copy of it to [game folder]/update/game/content.rpf, then the game will load it instead without replacing RGL.
