External Customs of Jove Skills Moddown

1) Download the latest version of BeepInEx (Today, 3105-2021, it is v5.4.11)

2) Extract files to: Outward (typically C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Outward)

3) Start the game to create files and close it on the menu screen.

4) Download and unpack BepInEx-Partiality-Wrapper into folder: Outward, replacing all files.

5) Start the game, close it again on the menu screen and look in the file: Outward\BepInEx\LogOutput.log for:6) If you find,

create a Mods folder inside the Outward game root folder.

7) Download and extract all the files from my mod to this Outward\Mods folder that you created.

8) Edit the file: Outward\Mods\JoewOutwardMod-CustomSkillsCooldown.json to set the desired cooldowns.

9) We start the game, close it again on the menu screen and look in the file: Outward\BepInEx\LogOutput.log for:

P.S:

- You MUST place one skill per line in the configuration file to modify the work.

- If you want one skill to have vanilla kuldown, simply delete all lines from the configuration file.

- The configuration file does not have all the Outward skills (sorry for that), but you can add it yourself. Just get the skill name and put it in the configuration file.

- I have placed on it all skills from 8 class trainers, but I recommend you to remove all lines from the configuration file for skills that you do not want to change the default/vanilla value.

- I give you txt with default values for all skills. You can use it as a reference.

- If your game is not in English, you MUST "go into the game and see what the skills are called in your language and rename them in a fashion configuration file". Thanks: Bloodymare for the hint ;)

OR you can disable this mod and enable the DEBUG version to get all the skills you've learned and change the cooldowns you want ;)

UPDATE - Debug Version (Optional)

I'm creating one mod to save txt: JoewOutwardMod - CustomSkillsCooldown.json DEFAULT.txt inside your Outward\Mods folder.

It will keep all the skills you have already learned in your game language.

You must correct the file: Add a new line after { and the first skill and add the " } " symbol to the new line at the end of the file.

PS: Do not use both modes. Disable main mod, get the skill name, disable Debug version, and enable main again. ^^ i haven't tested it, but they use the same feature in the game, so there may be a conflict.
