NMM - Community Edition

What is NMM Community Edition?

NMM Community Edition is an improved version of the old Nexus Mod Manager that is still being developed

same person (and Squid-box) with the help and support of the NMM community.

Why NMM CE?

WHY NOT?

I was an avid gamer and used NMM weekly to modify my games, but when the job

started to interfere with my hobby, I really couldn't find the time (and couldn't bring myself)

learn a new mod manager. So I started to fix and add new game modes/functions only for

personal use and in your free time. I noticed that MANY people are still downloading updates

, which I released on GitHub, and asked myself: why not?

EVERYONE HAS THEIR OWN

I don't like to use other mod managers, I think it's like with operating systems:

- there are incredibly powerful, but they require time and dedication

- there are fancy places where you can do whatever they want

- and there is one, simple, pleasant, which allows you to do what you want... sometimes even

allowing you to destroy the installation of the game...

Why should I choose NMM CE?

If you use the old Nexus Mod Manager, you really should upgrade to NMM CE, what you use,

is extremely outdated and no longer supported by anyone.

If you are using another mod manager, just try NMM CE if you don't like the current one,

or perhaps NMM CE supports a game that another manager does not support.

Just keep in mind that NMM CE is incompatible with other mod managers, so if you are important

the current mod setting setting for a particular game, avoid switching to another mod manager or just be ready to start

from scratch.
