About This Mod

By modifying KCD2 for HDR, mods and more beautiful graphics, we realized that there is no one-stop shop to help users fully customize KCD2. (This mod is (so far) cfg for visual improvement of the game and smoother operation of KINGDOM COME : DELIVERANCE 2 MAX GRAPHICS + OPTIMISED (High-end PC) HDR and mods. In the process of modifying KCD2 for more comfortable work with graphics, we realized that there is no one-stop shop that would help users to fully customize KCD2. (This mod is just CFG, which will visually improve your game and make it smoother (so far). This guide will be constantly improved with each new setting from the son of the blacksmith Skalica. Download the HDR mod from renoDX and follow it so that your KCD2 can have native HDR Note: The options from renoDX have the greatest visual changes, these settings should be set according to your own monitor/personal preferences. (Contrast, Shadows, Saturation, Peak Brightness, Gaming Brightness, etc.) HDR This mode : RenoDX - HDR - Tonemap - Bloom - Colour Grade mods/354 Follow the instructions above to install the HDR mode. Preset #1 Advanced Tone Mapping : RenoDRT Peak Brightness: 1000 (Install according to your monitor. Peak brightness - usually indicated on the monitor provider's website Game brightness: 500 (personal preferences) UI brightness: 245 (personal preferences) Exposure = 1.00 Bright spots = 50 Shadows = 28 Contrast = 40 Saturation = 65 Glare saturation = 40 Blowing = (no change) Glare = (no change) These settings are highly dependent on the current monitor and may differ from device to device The fashion author has stated that he will not make any custom CFG changes. that I declared a waiver (to cover all bases), I wanted to find a way to get the best of both worlds (HDR, optimization, visualization). The AutoexecCFG provided by me removes all potentially conflicting CFG commands, so the mod works perfectly. The brightness of the user interface no longer affects the brightness of the game or the real HDR. I made it possible. My eyes have never valued the brain so much. At first, it was very difficult for me to make this mode work (with the .cfg active): remove the 'Colour Grading' console command from the user's CFG shared load; change HDR Bloom to 1 and change HDR Vignetting to 1. Now about the CFG.cfg installation itself: download Autoexec.cfg from this page: Kingdom Come Deliverance II Home >>Options Available to allow KCD 2 to run -Devmode / +Exec <<< OPTION 1: — Right-click KCD2.exe. --- Create a shortcut. — Right Click Shortcut > Properties > in Target add -devmode - exec autoexec.cfg user.cfg —No matter what drive or location KCD2 is on. —The target partition should look like: kingdomComeDeliverance2Bin\Win64 ⇄ KingdomCome.exe" -devmode + exec autoexec.cfg user.cfg —Only run games with the shortcut you created. Create a shortcut to the game. You can move this shortcut anywhere. Option 2: — In Steam, browse to the Steam library. - Right click on "Kingdom Come": right click on "Deliverance II Game". — Properties > General — Add - Devmode - exec autoexec.cfg user.cfg OPTION 3: Create a .bat file that allows KCD2 (-Dev mode and +Exec autoexec.cfg user.cfg) 1. In Windows Allow file extensions: go to File Explorer settings in Windows 11: (. 3 dots > Options > View > (uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types"). 2. Create a text document in the main folder KCD2 (optional name); rename the extension from .txt to .bat 3. open the newly created > .bat Add the following actions: cd BinWin64MasterSteamPGO KingdomCome.exe -. devmode +exec user.cfg autoexec. cfg -If you do not want the text to appear in the console, add: echo off —Add on CD BinWin64MasterMasterSteamPGO. autoexec.CFG is for high-performance computers. If you still want to use this CFG, make sure that sys spec is set to the preferred performance. (Note: sys_spec_full can be set to 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5, which will change all graphics settings to the appropriate preset (low, medium, high, ultra, experimental). You can also change FSR/DLSS to a more performance-friendly mode; Balanced for FSR is still a good option. >>sys_spec_full graphics settings = sys_spec_Characters = 4 sys_spec_GlobalIllumination = 5 sys_spec_LighT = 5 sys_spec_ObjectDetail = 5 sys_spec_Particle = 5 sys_spec_PostProcessing = 5 sys_spec_Quality = 4 sys_spec_Shading = 5 sys_spec_Shadows = 5 sys_spec_Texture = 5 sys_spec_TextureResolution = 5 sys _spec_Vegetation = 4 sys_spec_VolumetricEffects = 5 Feel free to change settings to get more frames. No need to load more RAM.
