About This Mod

Cfg makes it easy to use your fashion. When the player downloads/starts a new game, it provides the ability to run a mod cfg file when the game starts and when the player does not pause the game (all to ensure that the game does not overwrite your .cfg values). This requirement is intended for other mod creators and can be used to run a .cfg mod file when starting a game (so that the game does not overwrite the cfg values when starting), or when the player is unplugged after loading/starting the game (so that the level/map settings do not overwrite the cfg values), or when the player opens the game or skips time/sleep (so that changes to the game settings do not overwrite the cfg values). For a mod to function as a packaged mod, the .cfg file must be placed in the 'Data/ModConfigs/' subdirectory of the mod's primary root folder, and the directory itself must be a .pak archive. For example, KCD2/Mods/My Mod/My Mod/Data/MyModArchive.pak/ModConfigs/MyModConfig.cfg /KCD2/ └── Mods/ └── My Mod/ └── Data/ └─── MyModArchive.pak └─── / ModConfigs/ └─── MyModConfig.cfg For those who do not want to use mod. cfg to use their mods, also place the traditional "mod.cfg" file in the root folder of the mod (be sure to update both when updating the mod).
