Magna Europe: Reloaded

Magna Europa: Reloaded is a modified version of Hearts of Iron IV which aims to transform the standard Earth map into a "Europe-only map" covering Iceland to the Urals and Finland to the Suez Canal. It features highly detailed custom maps using Miller's cylindrical cartography.

Expect the mod to take a long time to load, as there is an error in it that takes a long time to process the rivers.

This map contains.

2,981 states, including current, historical and prospective boundaries. Historical and approximate population included.

424 modern and ancient national stamps, including unrecognized states.

Historic railways, supply centers, ports, and basic infrastructure levels.

All country victory points are classified using population data.

Several VPs and dynamic changes of country names.

Recycled flags and country names.

Updated country colors.

Game version and gameplay changes.

This is a playable version of Magna Europa: Reloaded, which, unlike the service version, includes focus trees, OOB, and other content.

It includes several gameplay changes compared to the vanilla version:

The width of all units has been doubled to reduce their number and use the new full map.

The train's running time is higher than in the vanilla version, especially at longer distances. The invasion of the Soviet Union must be properly prepared if you do not want your troops to starve to death.

The U.S. now has three times as many civilian factories, but the isolation penalty is also harsher: at the beginning of the game, only 5% of factories are available.

The Soviet AI received a number of improvements related to the level of surrender, allowing it to rebuild its army even in the event of defeat. However, the Soviet player did not change.

Soviet AI can get a lot of factories for free when it evacuates industry to the Urals. He can replenish his troops because he can't always move forward.

Resistance has a greater impact on troop replenishment. Before invading, prepare enough weapons to properly quell the resistance.

The mountain range is now a large fortress with many checkpoints. A few fortified divisions are often enough to deter an invasion.

Due to the increased size of the map, it is more difficult for the divisions to completely cover the coastline, which facilitates naval invasion with proper planning.

Had democratic Britain been at war and France surrendered, the US would have automatically joined the Allies in December 1941.

Germany could no longer get Soviet oil free of charge without a Molotov-Ribbentrop agreement.

British and Dutch colonial resources lay behind Suez. By shutting down Suez, the supply of rubber to the Allies could also be cut.

Italian industry was too expensive, so, instead of weakening it, Italy is now slowing down slightly, starting with its civil economy.

The Councils have taken the lead in Operation Barbarossa and cannot afford to stand still. Before starting a war, make sure that everything necessary for logistics, occupation and fuel supply is available.

Changes in Artificial Intelligence

We taught German AI how to build tank divisions. But we cannot teach them how to use them effectively.

If the Soviets exceed the surrender limit of 5%, U.S. AI will provide Lend-Lease assistance to the Soviets.

We have commissioned British and Italian AI to fight in Egypt and Libya. Only Italian AI seems capable of doing so effectively. We asked AI not to publish all the little tags we added to avoid the most inconvenient border war in history.

Ethiopia's absence from the map helped Italian AI greatly, as it no longer spent so much troops in useless East Africa, but focused only on the Balkans, North Africa, and the Russian front.
