About This Mod
This is a sequel to Toolpack 1.12. This is due to the fact that the error in the original fashion (quite minor, but irritating mododels) was not corrected.
Naturally, I took the code from the original fashion and updated it from there.
It's great for debugging, fixing bugs, or just cheating.
The open button is located on the lower right, above the map options.
Improvements over the original
Infrastructure reskin has been moved.
Fixed usage of color codes that do not exist.
Fixed broken button on/off selections.
Fixed inoperative capital setup.
The frequency of problems with overflow of variables in the resource/population menu has been reduced.
Spared from unnecessary checks of technologies when spawning oil refineries that caused errors Road to 56.
Fixed removal of ships (changes in MtG may not exactly match the type).
The toolset menu no longer opens outside the Open button for non-1080p permissions.
Added a button in the Politics->Countries section to unlock army templates and restrictions blocked in the base game. Due to technical limitations, this does not apply to new modes, but unlike other modes that unlock templates, my tool does not break the game when using the base mode.
Added resource movement control and mapping/resistance editing to the state manager.
Added fuel bunker to the spawning of buildings.
In the puppet option added "Personal Alliance" and "Ruling Government".
We have redesigned the spawns of ships and their menus, now ships are sleeping directly in the warehouse, not in a specific region; pre-installed variants with and without Man the Guns; added a new game mode for the game, which is the mode for the game manager; added a new game mode for the game manager.
The mod has been checked on the game versions: 1.14.1, 1.14.2, 1.14.3, 1.14.4
