About This Mod

UPDATE: Thanks to the simple ResetPipBoyManager feature, we found a way to manually disable the "excessive brightness" mode of PipBoy. Using a helmet in enhanced vision mode no longer results in the PipBoy constantly appearing too bright. We also created the "Full Version", which combines the DLC patch and the base version into a single file. Now it's the main version of fashion. If you don't have one or more Honest Hearts, Lone Road, or Old World Blues DLCs, you'll have to use the Basic Game Only version in the Additional Files section with the corresponding DLC patch. ---------- This fashion is an idea that I came up with and implemented. Let me judge you. Some time ago I made a simple mod adding infrared vision to the Rangers helmets. There must be a reason why the eyepiece is red, right? Well, it worked pretty well, but then I thought, if there's a better sight in the Ranger's helmet, why not do something else, like a Power Armor helmet? As a result, five different visual enhancements were added for different helmet types. Moreover, vision improvements can be switched, that is, switched on and off as you wish. You can do this by activating the Pip-Boy light bulb. If you are wearing a helmet with improved vision, the helmet will be activated, not the Pip Boy lantern. In general, this usually means a helmet with power armor, since everything that can be filled with improved vision, it has. We have divided them into five main types, each of which has several different improvements. Here they are presented in an approximate order of quality: *These items are not normally encountered/used in the game, but are included for those who use mods that add, activate or otherwise modify them. + These items are taken from Fallout: New Vegas DLC pack and can only be retrieved using the "Full Version" or optional DLC add-on.
