About This Mod

Patches for the underestimated Western Sky regime. Four small patches for the underrated Western Sky mode: - Remove the mad blue light from The Strip. He's still "bluish", but not so annoying. - Fixed the sound of sandstorms. - Improved visibility of sandstorms. - Completely disable sand storms. - Replace static towering clouds with animated vanilla clouds. Note Sand storms have -4 to perception and +20 to stealth. Of course, you need an original mod, Western Sky; I like this mod for its overall cinematography, but I also like simplicity. I prefer to have one nice weather instead of 350 like. Nevada Sky also has a weather mode called "Western Sky", but it's very different. It’s simpler, no longer feels like a 50s Technicolour; the cloud.nif file shows storm clouds that are always torn. But the sandstorms in Nevada Skies are much better. Installation: Use only one of the two Western Sky files and add the required patch files. For example, Western Sky.esp Western Sky - Sandstorm Fixes.esp Western Sky - Disable Sandstorms.esp Western Sky - Strip Fix.esp Western Sky - Vanilla Clouds.esp or Western Sky - Darker Nights.esp Western Sky - Darker Nights - Sandstorm Fixes.esp Western Sky - Darker Nights - Disable Sandstorms. - Darker Nights - Strip Fixes.esp Western Sky - Darker Nights - Vanilla Clouds.esp
