About This Mod

Fallout New Vegas will add a double rendering area.

For example, SKYR. Hmmm... S.T.A.L.K.E.R.


The B42 Optics mod adds dual rendering sights.

As in the latest tacticool games.







No ESP. It doesn't get any better. Or worse. Definitely worse. Hey, hey, hey, hey.


Double render sight. eyebox/vignette and other optical correction.


Accuracy. Nothing prevents aiming except natural variation and vibrations.


Attention to detail. The sensations are as close as possible to the realistic ones.


Scalable sight grid (sight grid). Scalable sight grid (sight grid).

 I wanted to use it on a targeted gun, but mil-dot didn't work. This mod makes it possible.


It is ready to be used directly from the box and does not require any animations or network patches.

 Adding a new sight, editing its position and texture, and other operations can be easily set up in just a few seconds.

ISControl support can be easily configured in seconds during gameplay.

Due to the different location of the sights, **Ini files are required for different weapons.


Sightings that support night vision can be switched. The brightness can also be changed.


All sights can be increased by 3 times compared to the default FOV weapon.


Automatically switch to first-person view when aiming with B42 optics.


Additional depth of field (disabled by default). Requires adjustment of depth of field using Wall.


Supports any sight grid, just place it in the texturesweaponsscope folder.





Optics B42 A quick and intuitive way to add or edit lenses.

Equip your weapon with your sight, press the right Control + Enter and follow the on-screen instructions.


A lot of work has been done to make the whole editing process simple and convenient,

So feel free to open the menu and play with lenses.


Click the Pip-boy button to toggle night vision on the supporting binocular.

Variable Zoom up to 3x - Scroll the mouse wheel or press up/down on the D-pad.


For some weapons, the animation can move beyond the player's visual field.

In such cases, the review will be closed with a vignette. Use ISControl v2.1 to get around.

Use ISControl v2.1 to move your weapon.

You can change the sight handling resolution (default is 512) and change the DOFs.

You can do this by changing the values in the Settings.ini file in the DataConfigB42Optics folder.

All scope configuration files are located in the DataConfigB42Optics folder.

Unfortunately, my mod has some incompatibilities.

Also known as "No Ironsights Zoom", mod removes zoom from guns.

Sometimes these fashions also affect targeted weapons. This should not be done. Bad.

Having zoom on sight is very important for the proper operation of my mods.

If you have problems with these mods, try testing without them.


The FOV slider has an option in MCM called "Toggle weapons zoom".

Make sure it is set to 'Zoom Enabled'. Otherwise, both modes will be broken.


Recycling the camera from the third person. There are a few small problems that can be easily fixed.

First, Open the QS3rdPerCamOverhaul.ini file and set iDefaultScopeMode to 0.

Second: In the same ini find fSwitchingKey and set it to another key.

There may still be problems with the camera revision, but there are none yet.


Regimes that change the field of view (first and third), with some reservations. They break not only this mode, but the whole game.



List of currently known bugs

New Vegas Reloaded: Effects are not visible through binoculars. Currently.


A list of weapons in which using a sight looks bad or doesn't make sense:

FIDO and K9000: These two weapons have a very poor sight position. This cannot be fixed.

44 Magnum: the web at the vanilla sight is not aligned and is refracted through the eyepiece.

Aims: I have no idea how to make lenses for them.

Camera: nothing to look through. It's up to you.




Install all the mods you need first, then install the mod.

Uninstall: Same, only in reverse order.
