In this download, you get a New Enclave-style home available from the beginning of the game. It is located next to the Starter's Saloon in Goodsprings until you find a suitable location.

Installation.
Installation: Simply place the .esp file in the data folder of the New Vegas installation directory. They are usually located in the C:◆Program Files(x86)◆Bethesda Softworks ◆Fallout New VegasData directory.
