About This Mod

To be safe, before installing this fashion you have to step out of the power armor and make sure you have a baseline of power without modifiers when you first enter the power armor with this fashion.


What is it


In the base game, the power armor frames set your power at 11, regardless of your character's base power. In my opinion, this is clearly unbalanced: a character with power 1 can jump into a power armor and receive a huge bonus, while a character with power 11 does not receive absolutely any power bonus.


The purpose of this fashion is to balance the framework so that it does not give any excessive bonuses and remains useful for users of any strength.


Changes in statutes and explanations


Strength: I decided to build a bonus to stats on a peculiar curve with diminishing returns at ultra-high power.

Carrying weight: Power armor frames must give a flat bonus of 50 to the carrying weight to compensate for the fact that you can get up to 50 off armor mods from a deep pocket. It will also allow you to specialize your power armor without resorting to mods to gain more power and carrying capacity if you have high power.


Charisma: The frame now gives a +1 bonus to charisma. It seems to me that if a hat can give a bonus to charisma, then why not the power armor give it. Of course you can get a bonus to charisma from painting, but I think just being in a suit should help you gain more respect.


AP Regeneration: Again, I think that's what the costume should have had from the beginning, whether it's help in sprint or recovery after using vats (in the test I did, I went from 0 to full in ~18 seconds to ~10).


Older versions


All the old versions are still working and stable, if you want to use them, then go ahead.


Installation


Put the correct .esp in Fallout4\DataMake sure you have bEnableFileSelection=1 under [Launcher] in C:\Users\Name\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4Prefs.ini


Then either add [plugin name].esp to C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\Fallout4\plugins.txt


Or use the top-secret mod menu in the launcher, right at the right eye (it's right) down and left.
