About This Mod

What to give a special desert maniac? What can be given to a man (or a synth or a ghoul) who kills in the tens and takes whatever he wants? Of course, something special! Something to show the heathlands how dangerous they really are. Make for them a coloring of the power armor, which cries out in horror: "The one who brings death is approaching!"

If you're interested in doing something similar on your own, I've done a small tutorial with some files to help.

I forgot to mention that I use this mod for my frames : Kooj's Power Armor Frames: I kept it on for so long that I forgot to delete it for the video. I didn't make it.

Thanks to Porter House for including this fashion in his first review! Excellent work, waiting for new reviews.

Check it out here:

V 1.2

Correction: muted white body colors, causing strong glare with chrome trim. Adds: several new color and chrome preset options. The original features a light shine and a clearer black-and-white contrast.

Note: All this is achieved by editing the BGSM settings for the speculator and the color palette files. This saves a lot of space because each picture still points to the original texture files. If you find that you can adjust a color, simply open the corresponding palette.dds file and swap between two different tones (red and black, for example). The game must be restarted to see the changes. Export to dds, overwrite and generate mip cards. That's it!

The next version will be more complex and will offer metal parts for those parts that need to have them.

V 1.1

There are a few minor fixes in this version. Improved image displacement on the shoulder, fixed some random file dependencies, and by changing BGSM files, I made the costume darker, less reflective, and white colors clearer. In a future version, chrome elements and their brilliance will be returned.

V 1.0

This mod adds a separate color, currently only for X01, which I called Overkill. I wanted to indulge in the custom PA textures, and here's the result. There are many great PA texture mods, but I wanted them to be similar to tattoos, very detailed and cover a large area. I plan to do more, but they will be less "skewed."

Thank you to Worsin for its amazing and expansive power armor mod, and to Expired6978 for their compiler program. And everyone else who makes amazing fashion. There are too many to list!

Next:

More armor variations (templates for PATT will come with them)

Color/texture variations (for all paints that will also appear) - scratches/shine/etc. and metal coatings for the corresponding areas.

New variants of coloring - "Boston graffiti" - "Oldschool tattoos" - "Patriot" - "Friendly game of specificity" (especially for followers).

Corrections/adjustments as required

Different (opposing) hand/foot options for each color option

All my PJs are displayed in their own area.

Looking ahead:

Learn the secret of decals so they can be placed anywhere. Maybe through a script? Ideally, I would like to have a separate station, activated by which you can place decals, as in the settlement assembly mode (but they snap and wrap around the armor, and only apply to it), and change their size/rotation/saving, as well as set up to 5 presets. That would be super!)

Fashions for next-level armor, adding incredibly cool options for wrist blades, rocket launchers on arms and shoulders. Extremely, but I have a few ideas on how to do this in the FSE.
