About This Mod
If someone wants to take over this mod, you have my full permission to do it, since I don't play FO4 anymore.
Between the Shelter and the RedRocket, directly opposite the RedRocket, away from the road, is the NPC Wilmas Wigs.
With 33 hairstyles and 28 colors each, Becky was unable to carry the 924 wigs that are now available.
The color that used to be called "Blonde" is now "Yellow" and "Red" is "Deep Red". All vanilla colors available in CK have been added.
The little problem that some of you noticed was that I was trying to do this using only FO4 grids and not creating custom grids. I will now continue to try to fix this problem.

This was done entirely in CK using vanilla resources.
They use your hat slot, so you won't be able to wear a wig hat, except for a faded visor.
When you get them, they have +2 charisma and have no protection. Once you have the skill, they can be modified using ballistic fiber. You can also wear a faded visor with them. You can give them to your settlers, companions or carry them yourself.
I have the following hairstyles.
Elegant, PublicDefender, NoNonsense, CrazyMorning, YaH (Young at Heart), OnTheGo, MissNoir, NoApologies, SoSultry, WendyWelder, EveningOut, Sophisticate, SumaCumLaude, PicketFences, AgentX, ParisianBob, FemFatale, RoughNite, Frazzled, NuclearBreeze, Unscrupulous, ShortCrop, StunningInt, Merc, NaturalBeauty, RudeRidge, WasteMaiden, Unladylike, FairyTails, Megaton, Hornetsnest, Anchorage, Succubus.
They are available in black, yellow, green, pink, purple, blue and all vanilla colors.
These are female hairstyles, but they can be worn by both men and women.
I haven't done any men's hairstyles yet. I'll take care of it. There are several necklines with men wearing some female hairstyles.
