Adds a bomber jacket for BoS as a new standalone unique armor with support for Ballistic Weave and Misc Mod.

In the National Guard armory at the National Guard training ground
Manual Installation:
1. First make sure you have modding enabled, if you have not already enabled modding, follow the instructions in this video
2. Just take USAFBomberJacket.esp, the texture folder and the mesh folder and throw them in Fallout 4\Data next to Fallout4.esm and other mods that you have.
3. Go to "C:\Users\{Windows username}\AppData\Local\Fallout4" open plugins.txt and add the string "USAFBomberJacket.esp" and save.
4. Play
