<br>This Hailong PLA costume was to be used by the Hailong Chinese Special Forces unit. This costume and the red beret of the Chinese Special Forces lie on the table in the submarine captain's cabin on the Yangtze River, where the sword of a Chinese officer is located - descend the stairs to the left while on the submarine. Come back down to the first door next door. Enter on the right, then through the first door on the right.
The costume is modeled on the Courser X-92 and China Secret boots. Full Benefit: Reduce Free Fall Damage by 65%,
It's powered by solar energy — 6a with a higher regeneration rate. From 7 p.m. it restores health and radiation.
Infiltration: + 30% to speed, automatically switches to chameleon mode when it is in the "Caution" state.
It also has a mythical effect:

Suit: Increase your speed by 10%.
