About This Mod
Like many, I love the NCR Ranger ("black armor") battle armor from New Vegas, and I know it's already remastered for Fallout 4, but I wanted to create my own redesigned version. This is how the NCR Desert Raven Armour armor was born. Enhancements: Both helmet and armor can be upgraded using Ballistic Weave and Legendary Effects mods (provided you have a mod that can add Legendary Effects to other items). Night vision and thermal vision are adaptive, and the level of light around the character determines whether the effect will work. So you won't be blinded if you steal during the day or in the bright light. ...... At least most of the time. I set up the conditions as much as I could, but there are a lot of lighting/weather/ENB modes that change the lighting conditions. The initial effect is determined by where the character is located, not where he is looking. In addition, the trumpeter's light is strong enough to turn off the effects on the screen.
