added katana and tonto to lvl lists, so they should mate from 25 levels and above...
extreme upgrades removed and everything balanced.
Tonto is now a fast weapon (arguably the strongest weapon in the game. but hell, why not) - base damage 17
(two levels of improvement added)
Catanas is a base damage of 22 and you can increase it by trying to balance it as much as possible so it is not too OT
has 5 levels of upgrades (4-5 very expensive... but add a bit of animosity to London)
how to get it: sheath remained from the original fashion, if you want to get them, follow the instructions
[HOW TO GET]
1) enter "help insan 4" in the console and you will receive the subject codes.
2) in the console, type "player.additem [subject code in (1), no parentheses]".
