About This Mod

A large team worked on Fallout London, and the weapons were no exception. But the result is a lot of situations where one hand does not speak to the other. Some weapons were designed for the Fallout 4 and preceded the FOLON, while others were made for the FOLON. Some have a lot of mods and settings, others have two mod slots. And some of the weapons have fallen prey to apparent flaws.


So I decided to "correct" the balance of the weapon (at least to my taste).


Mind you, it's WIP. I didn't touch melee weapons because of their sheer number and difficulty balancing. (Melee weapons do not consume ammunition and are divided into only 3 weapon speed categories, so in the end the only thing that separates them is raw damage. So some will inevitably be better than others.) I also haven't played with these changes a lot, and sometimes it takes a lot of use to really feel the balance.


Changes:


Heavy weapons


Heavy Machine Gun (MG-42)


  • Significantly increased damage
  • Conversion 303 now gives a larger damage gain.
  • Reduced explosive cartridge damage.
  • Added fire damage for incendiary projectiles.




Light Machine Gun (Bren)


  • Increased Damage

Lewis pistol


  • Increased Damage

Flamer


  • Base flamethrower damage increased, Angel Flamer reduced.

Crude Launcher


  • Improved barrel now increases damage as described.
  • The semi-automatic barrel now increases the number of cartridges to 3 (animations for this barrel, however, are broken).


Ballistic pistols, shotguns and rifles


Tunnel Gun


  • Increase Damage
  • The .38 gun can now be manufactured in ammunition magazines
  • Simplex Trounds barrels now require more steel




Hidden Pistol (Velrod)


  • Changed the capacity of the cartridges to 8
  • The calibrated barrel now transfers the weapon to a 9 mm caliber and reduces the cartridge capacity to 6 mm
  • The golden barrel now converts the weapon to .455 caliber and reduces the cartridge capacity to 5




Service revolver (Webley revolver)


  • Reduced blast cartridge damage
  • Reduced Manstopper Bullet Damage
  • Increased bonus to firing range with Wadcutter rounds




Service pistol


  • Increased Damage

Friend of the ferry operator


  • Slightly increased damage

Bulldog


  • High Damage Increase




Iron Curtain


  • Increased Damage

Coarse revolver


  • Shotgun barrel damage increase

Double-barreled shotgun


  • Slightly increased damage




Firelance Shotgun


  • Increased damage to match the double barrel

Service rifle (Lee Enfield)


  • Increased Damage
  • Electric Boogaloo - Replaced cartridges with 303 cartridges, added energy damage to the barrel box fashion.
  • Added legendary effects to the unique Lee Enfield rifles found in the game. (Redcoat: Steadfast, Redleaf: Hitmans, Brazilian Real: Quickdraw, Noah Woodwards Service Rifle: Deadeye)




Rough rifle (home-made antimaterial rifle)


  • Added receiver .50
  • .50HE cartridges can now be manufactured in ammunition stores (only 5 pieces).
  • Shotgun and 303 Conversion deal more damage.




SMG box


  • Increased Damage

Dilapidated SMG


  • Increased Damage
  • Semi-machine now increases damage.




Submachine Gun (Sten)


  • Semi-machine now increases damage.

Angel SMG


  • Increase Damage

Viper SMG


  • Increased Damage
  • Redesigned mods that increase damage instead of decrease.

Crude Gun (Crude Blowback)


  • Replaced the excess conversion .32 with an automatic receiver that increases damage.
  • Semi-automatic receiver now really increases damage
  • A fast receiver has a lower damage penalty
  • 303-gage conversions do more damage.

Fighting rifle (FNFAL)


  • Automatic fire mode now provides a damage penalty.
  • Converting to .303 caliber now gives you more damage.
  • The damage of Amadeus/The Garrison is reduced to combat rifle level, but instead it gains a powerful legendary effect.

Combat rifle (EM-2)


  • Increased Damage


Energy weapons


To be honest, the energy weapon in this fashion has so far passed the test of durability. None of them seem to me not powerful enough, and the only one I found overpowered is too funny to bother him, as I will feel like a big jupper.


Upton Burke Class C rifle


  • Amp's muzzle has been altered to deal energy damage instead of ballistic damage.
