Ferryman's Friend Receiver Update
About This Mod
If you're like me, and most of you probably aren't, then you like guns more than rifles, shotguns, heavy or any explosive weapon. My ferryman friend is my favorite weapon in Fallout London. However, I believe that when you dive deep into the game, the gun falls off because it uses a .32 caliber cartridge.
This may not seem so important as .32 is very common, but in my opinion, the weapon is not good for a 27th-level character even with most damage-increasing perks. So what did I do?
I figured "Ferryman's Friend" should be good enough to carry you through the game, of course!
Two new receivers are now included with the "Friend of the Ferryman", and you no longer have to use 32-caliber ammunition. No more looting corpses for bullets or ripping loaded enemy guns from their lifeless hands to get even more bullets! You deserve a Metaba MTR-8 revolver, and you deserve no .32 bullets for it.
So I'm giving you a .45 barrel and a .455 barrel.
The only minus? I hope you like to levitate Gun Nut, because that's exactly what you need. Gun Nut rank 3 for .45 and rank 4 for .455, I didn't want to make it too easy.
I probably won't update this topic unless people want to take more damage. I feel like it's in a good place, since the service revolver in the game was dealing 70 points of damage when I first got it, so I hope it will be enough for people.
Installation
Use your mod manager or manually install it in the FO4 Data folder.
