About This Mod

This mod is an improved, specialized version of my Crapmaster Junk Overhaul, created specifically for Fallout London. As the name suggests, it modifies various objects used for crafting, making changes to the balance, correcting some problems, and improving quality of life. While this mode pushes the game in a more realistic direction, it does not upset the game balance (if it shifts it towards the vanilla Fallout 4 in some aspects). However, some aspects of crafting have become slightly more complex than in the original fashion.

There are too many changes to list individually, so I'll just summarize the highlights:

Pencils, cutlery, and many other "tiny" items no longer yield materials, but are generally of greater value and light if not previously available.

The weight and value of the items are now much more aligned.

Pre-war money, newspapers, and other items consisting of paper/cardboard no longer provide components.

Because glue is much more common in FOLON than in the base game, for some high-yield items (economical miracle glue, military-grade adhesive tape, and vegetable starch) the glue yield was slightly reduced. However, they are still worth finding.

Aluminum is also very common in FOLON; therefore I have reduced/reduced the yield of some items added to FOLON.

The various ores will no longer be used as junk and will instead need to be melted/otherwise processed on a chemical workbench. However, by doing so, you can get a significant amount of a certain component.

Many items with the same name have been renamed (and often rebalanced) to distinguish them from each other.

Adhesive tape and adhesive tape packaging no longer provide fabric (but military-grade adhesive tape still provides ballistic fiber for balancing reasons).

Gym equipment - weights, bars, dumbbells, etc. - has been completely rebalanced. Now they

contain significantly more lead, but not all of your weight: you will get ~80% of their claimed weight in lead. The 20% decrease was due to balancing reasons.

Bars, dumbbells and turntables now include steel from poles. Their weight was added to the objects.

Items delivered in containers (e.g. Wonderglue) now provide materials for them, if not previously provided.

The cost of some items is increased due to their practical value in a theoretically real-world scenario.

More complex items (such as electronics, mechanical tools, and components) may contain additional materials.

Since only the first decimal in the weight of the item is displayed in the game, the affected items have been rounded up or down.

Bones are much lighter now, as is their basic component.

Fixed a large number of bugs and bugs in both Fallout 4 and Fallout London.

Sometimes you can find oversized/oversized variants of some items (such as antique vases). The game considers them to be identical to their normal-sized versions, and therefore it is impossible to make them give more or less components. I balanced the objects based on their normal size, which covers most cases.

Base component changes:

Lead now weighs 0.5 pounds per unit instead of 0.3 (making it a more strategically important choice, and helping to make gym gear more balanced)

Gold now weighs 0.3 pounds per unit instead of 0.1, but its value has increased slightly (10, it was 9)

The bone now weighs 0.1 pounds per unit instead of 1 pound.

Other features:

The ESP plugin is marked as light and will not occupy the ESP slot.

Does not affect quest items.

Contains only override entries and can be safely installed in the middle of the game.

(but remember - all the scraps you collected will likely have different component outputs! You can write off your collection in advance to keep their vanilla yield).

Let me know if you encounter any bugs or obvious mistakes! I may well have missed a few points.
