About This Mod
Adds the following pen levels :-
Nuka-World:
Steady Aim (rank 3):
Hip damage is increased when firing any weapon.
Awareness (rank 2):
Knowing their weaknesses, you can attack more effectively. Increase your chance of hitting and damage to VATS targets by 5%.
Ghoulish (rank 4):
Radar damage is now slowly healing, restoring health.
Attack Dog (rank 4):
When you travel with a dog, you take 10% less damage.
V.A.N.S. (rank 2):
Get +2 to your perception.
Quick Hands (Rank 3):
Fast and efficient. You get 10 extra action points.
Mysterious Stranger (rank 4):
A mysterious stranger appears more often in V.A.T.S. When he kills an opponent, there is a high chance that your Crete counter will fill up.
Far Harbor:
Action Boy/Girl (rank 3):
Action Points are now restored 75% faster.
Critical Banker (rank 4):
Now you can save 4 critical hits to use in V.A.T.S. when you need them most.
Single Traveler (rank 4):
When you travel without a companion, you have 25 more action points.
Joy Resistance (rank 4):
Now you have +40 to the radiation resistance.
Breaker (rank 3):
You gain more from salvation.
Strong back (rank 5):
If you're overwhelmed, you'll spend 50% less action points on running.
NOT ENABLED:
Night person (rank 3):
Replaced with the Night Owl and Night Vision.
