Install:
Extract the zip file to the Cyberpunk 2077 directory.
OR
Create a DrawDistanceBoost.ini text file (any name will work) in the "Cyberpunk 2077\engine\config\platform\pc" folder.
Then add the following:
[Streaming]
DistanceBoost = 42.000000
The default value for vanilla game is 0.
Can be scaled down or scaled up at will, high values such as 50~ and above start to create flicker (this can be corrected if other settings are corrected)
