About This Mod
My goal was to create LUTs that combine the contrast of a cold and neglected world with the bright lights of NightCity.
I also created the appropriate weather according to the genre of film noir, where most scenes take place in the dark and/or it rains. The weather file only includes the weather conditions that I think are most appropriate. I removed from the weather cycle sunny weather, pollution, toxic rain (to yellow), sandstorm, light clouds, clouds and dark blue.
Installation:
There's not much to say here. Simply select the LUT you like (only one at a time) and install it using Vortex.
Or, if you choose the manual method. Then paste the file you selected into ...\archive\pc\mod.
Settings:
HDR. - Thread 1300, ToneMapping 1.3, Paper White 250
SDR - 1.0
Performance:
Using LUTs does not affect performance.
