About This Mod
This QoL mode allows you to control the blur of traffic when walking or driving a car. Ideal for those who like the sense of speed that results from blurring when driving, but do not like blurring when shooting.
Both values are fully configurable through the Native Settings UI user interface (optional).

Installation:
Download and install the latest version of CET.
Extract this mod to the game root folder, the script should be located at: PathToGame\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\ContextualMotionBlur
Alternatively, use Vortex to install the mod.
Download and install Native Settings UI(optionally, allows you to set motion blur through the menu).
