TRAILER FOR CAR GRANT GOOSENECK WEDGE V1.1 (0.32.X)

Trailers are 35 and 50 feet long.

Full metal trailers are available in two lengths (35 and 50 feet), two platform widths (96 and 102 inches) and four axle positions (tridem/tandem (single tire) - tandem (dual tire) / single). The suspension consists of sliding springs, with no shock absorbers, and the axles of the tandem and tridem have balancing beams connecting the springs, as in the case of vanilla on-board trailers. The permissible trailer load ranges from just under 2.5 tons to over 6.6 tons, and each configuration has a unique VIN plate on the front of the trailer. The trailers are equipped with modular 16x6 steel disks made from scratch, with zero takeoff on single tires and 5.35-inch takeoff on dual disks, and are available in four trim options, as well as custom-made tires.

The trailer is equipped with two 9-foot aluminum rails at the rear of the platform, which are manually operated. Below is a step-by-step instruction on how to use ramp (video below, spoiler warning!) :

· Park your trailer on a relatively level surface and park.

- Unlock the ramp by pressing the lock button.

- The ramp can be held by holding the knot in free-fist or walking mode, and pulled under each flooring to level it. The left ramp only works with the left side of the deck and vice versa.

- Press the turn on deck button to attach the ramp to the deck. If it is not docked, nudge it up using the knob grip until you click.

· The ramp can be moved to the left or right depending on the vehicle being loaded.

- The ramp is removed by the same trigger from the rear end of the deck, moved back to the center, and lifted and moved to the inner deck. The position need not be precise as long as it is inside the deck.

· When you press the button on the pins for laying, the ramp slides again and locks in place, ensuring a reliable laying.

Version 1.1:

- Added rear outputs. Version 1.1 added a rear ramp designed so that the ramp is mounted at the end of the ramp and not on the deck. There is no need to use a ramp lift unless you are carrying a significant number of cars.

- Add aluminum rims

- Tuning wheels (nuts and caps).

· Add reversing lights.

- Added all versions of inclined wheels.

- The tool box and spare wheel are moved to the appropriate side (curb).

- Fixed the difference between the values of the right side of the ramp and the left side.

- Fixed beam instability when the pendant equalizer bends to full power.

- Fixed front hooks that were not locked or unlocked easily and were not used again.

- Fixed incorrect activation of yellow flashing lights.

- Fixed some missing rings.

- Slightly increased the strength of the tail part.

· Four trailer configurations with rear reclining panels.

- Added a unique payload entry for each configuration.

- Various minor improvements and fixes.
