About This Mod
MOD offers another apartment building from the 1930s, this time of higher quality than the previous MOD.
It is modeled after a real building in Kharkiv, but is now barely recognizable after the "reconstruction" that followed the collapse of the Soviet Union.
It has a capacity of 80 people, 64 of whom are adults, and is self-heating.
I'm thinking about making a package to add to this mod. I haven't decided yet.
