About This Mod
The Great Schwimhalle was built in 1969 on the Freibergerplatz square in Dresden. At that time, architecture in East Germany allowed itself to amazing experiments.
Values.
- 25 workers / 350 visitors maximum.
- The building is collision-free and requires flat surfaces.
- Inside there is a separate walkway for visitors for each connection to the road.
Notes.
Due to game restrictions, snow can only be cleared in circles during the winter months. This means that there is no snow inside, but also no snow on the roof. The line '$PARTICLE_SNOWREMOVE 0 0 4.0' at the top of 'building.ini' must be removed to allow snow to appear on the roof and not be blocked by snow inside.

About the Great Basin:
A large swimming pool (Große Schwimmhalle) was built in 1969 in Dresden as a prototype by VEB Projektierung für Sportbauten Leipzig. The building has a recessed roof made of pre-stressed concrete and large windows in the front. The roof is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs and pre-stressed steel, and the front part is made of anodized aluminum and has triple insulated windows. The pool consisted of eight tracks and a ski jump. In addition, the building has a gymnasium, strength training room, sauna for 10 people and spectator seats for a total of 400 people. During construction, special attention was paid to compliance with all national and international rules of the competition.
The Dresden pool has served as a model for many other swimming pools, including Leipzig, Potsdam, Erfurt and Halle.
