Clarity and Sharpness - deblur - ReShade
About This Mod
Simple and performance-friendly ReShade preset (loss of ~4 fps) for a slightly improved image (sharpness - sharper image - thinner - no white veil or fog - more readable text).
Suitable for any game.
Installation instructions:
1. Download ReShade - reshade.me
2. Run the installation file to select the game to install
In the root folder it is necessary to choose "main".exe - Warhammer**** - Retail.exe
3. Choose Rendering API - DirectX 10/11/12
4. Select the effects you want to install - click Next, and then click Finish.
5. Extract files from zip file to game folder - where you have chosen main.exe file
6. Start the game
7. Click "Home", skip the manual and select the preset - deblur.ini
8. Make sure that only 3 effects are activated: "LumaSharpen - Tonemap - Vibrance". If not, click Paste.
Keyboard shortcut:
-Toggle ReShade Overlay - UI: «Home»
-Enable ReShade Effects - deblur.ini: "Paste"
More information and tips:
-ReShade version is 6.2.0, but you can try other versions without problems, since the main effects (.fx) are included in the zip file.
-For the main presets I used: LumaSharpen - Tonemap - Vibrance.
-Additional effects (such as AMD CAS - Curves - DPX - LiftGammaGain - etc.) are saved to stay at the top of the list, so you can customize the image if needed. Many of them are already a bit set up, you only have to choose, but since I have set them up in 1-2 games, the final picture quality can be low in other games, unlike the main preset, which suits me in any game without changes (even on different monitors, resolutions and color settings).
-For example, in some games/scenes Curves is better than Tonemap, some may not like LumaSharpen algorithm, then they should try AMD CAS, and so on with other effects.
-If you install ReShade in other games and you have a question - "which API should I choose?" —> look at "pcgamingwiki" or use RTSS in the game.
Shaders/effects used and a little explanation:
-Default Preset: LumaSharpen - Tonemap - Vibrance
1. Sharpness: LumaSharpen / FastSharpen / AMD CAS / Clarity2
2. Nebula-white Veil Disconnection: Tonemap/Curves/HDR./Levels
3. Color saturation: Vibrance
4. Additional effects: DPX / Blooming_HDR. / Technicolor2 / LiftGammaGain
